Information in an editorial message
Toralvex stores the sender's name, email address, question and policy agreement. Acceptance adds a random reference and creation date to the record.
A local server write
The validated message is appended within this site's private data directory, preserving previously accepted entries. It is not published to the guide or sent through an email provider by the form handler.
Temporary and remembered state
A necessary session cookie connects form requests with their security token and submission limit. The session files reside in data. The proofing checklist is temporary and clears on reload; only notice dismissal is kept in local storage.
Retention and requests
The package has no automatic record-erasure schedule. The operator can remove stored entries. Ask through Contact using the relevant reference if a message needs correction or deletion, and omit sensitive information from manuscripts or correspondence.
